Level Read provides graded news, audio, vocabulary tools, translations, Quizzes, saved content, learning progress, and related features. Some features may only be available on certain platforms, after signing in, or with a paid membership. Features may change as the service develops.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account secure. Contact us if you believe someone else has used your account without permission. Unless we say otherwise, your account is for personal use only.

• Copying, republishing, selling, or distributing Level Read content without permission;
• Using automated tools to collect large amounts of service content or data without permission;
• Interfering with the operation or security of the service, or attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• Reverse-engineering or misusing the service in ways not allowed by law;
• Using Level Read for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Some parts of Level Read are free and some features require a paid membership. Included features are shown before purchase. Prices, plans, and features may change, but a future change will not change an access period you have already purchased.

Memberships purchased directly on the website are one-time purchases for the access period shown at checkout. Website purchases do not renew automatically. You will not be charged again when the period ends; make a new purchase if you want to continue. Paid access begins after successful payment is confirmed.

Purchases through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store are subject to that store’s terms. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the store. Some subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel through your store account.

Your membership is connected to your Level Read account. When supported, use the same membership on the website and mobile apps by signing in to the same account. Features may differ between platforms.

App-store refunds must be handled through the relevant store. If you have a problem with a website purchase, contact englishnewsinlevels@gmail.com. Website refunds follow applicable law and the terms shown when you purchased.

Unless otherwise stated, the Level Read website, apps, software, design, text, audio, images, learning materials, and other content are owned by or licensed to Chengdu Zan Pingfang Technology Co., Ltd. These materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. Using the service does not give you ownership of our content or software.

We work to keep Level Read available and useful, but cannot promise that every feature will always be available or uninterrupted. We may add, change, or remove features, and may temporarily limit access for maintenance, security, technical, or legal reasons.

We may limit or suspend access if an account seriously or repeatedly violates these Terms, misuses the service, creates security risks, or breaks applicable law. You may stop using Level Read at any time.

Level Read is an English-learning service. News stories may be rewritten, shortened, or adapted for learning. We aim to provide accurate and useful information, but Level Read is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

We may update these Terms as Level Read develops. We will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Where permitted by law, continued use means the updated Terms apply to you.
