Learning information: reading history, saved vocabulary, favourite articles, Quiz activity, study streak, reading progress, and preferences.

Membership and purchase information: product, order or transaction identifier, payment status, purchase date, membership status, and expiry date. Payment information may be handled directly by a payment provider or app store.

Usage and device information: pages viewed, features used, device and browser information, online identifiers, and technical information used to understand performance and fix problems.

Communication information: information you provide when you contact us and information needed to respond to your request.

We use third-party services to operate Level Read, including sign-in services, Tencent CloudBase and object storage, Google Analytics, website payment providers, and app stores and their payment systems. These providers process information as needed to provide their services. We do not sell personal information or use it for interest-based advertising.
