In 2026, some workers in China can have a 13-day break. The Mid-Autumn Festival holiday is September 25 to 27. The National Day holiday is October 1 to 7. Only September 28, 29 and 30 are normal workdays between the holidays.
Workers can use annual leave on those three days. Then they can be away from work from September 25 to October 7. China uses adjusted rest days around some long holidays.
